I'M LIVING IN THE CARUSOVERSE

Saturday 3.29.08: Attending a party in a loud bar I had little business actually being in. TV's all around the room. Several of them playing CSI: Miami. Conversation about David Caruso's descent into caricature ensues. Nothing further thought of it.

Sunday 3.30.08: The Simpsons episode "Smoke on The Daughter" has a David Caruso parody including the patented sunglasses/quip move. Hmm. Coincidental.

Monday: 3.31.08: Talk of "Talk Like David Caruso Day." Something is amiss here.

Tuesday: 4.1.08: Lis posts this. Is she in on it?

Wednesday: 4.2.08: Got up. Turned on TV, which I'm sure I didn't leave on A&E. CSI: Miami is on.

Today: 4.3.08: Found the dead body of a showrunner out on the front sidewalk. Put sunglasses on after they mysteriously appeared in my jacket pocket and said "He's been cancelled." Something is seriously wrong here.
